PROCRASTINATION:
WHAT IS IT?

So often students admit that the greatest culprit in their inability to get things done is – what do YOU think? – PROCRASTINATION.

  • Avoidance of doing a task that needs to be accomplished
  • Letting the low-priority tasks get in the way of high-priority ones
  • Can lead to feelings of guilt, inadequacy, depression, wasted time, missed opportunities, poor performance, self-deprecation, and increased stress

(If you think that you work better under stress, think again!)
