Bill Payne - Head Coach Bill Payne is a horse professional with more than 35 years of experience. A graduate of Hamilton College in Clinton, N.Y., he has operated Penn's Woods Stable in Anderson for more than 22 years while competing and coaching students in the Hunter/Jumper discipline. Coach Payne was voted the Blue Ridge Hunter/Jumper Horse Person of the Year in 1998. He has coached numerous regional and zone champions and finalists in IHSA competitions. |
